Lyndhurst Drama & Musical Society (LDMS) will ensure that the personal information you give us will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third parties except where required by law or where your consent has been received. The information will be securely held in computer and filing systems and may be used in the following ways:
• to process and respond to requests or enquiries received from you
• to assist us in providing the membership or other service for which you have applied
• to keep you informed of LDMS matters which may be of interest to you
Access to the personal information you have given to LDMS will be restricted to Committee members for use in the fulfilment of their duties.
You have a right to see what information LDMS holds about you. If you wish to see such details you should contact the LDMS Secretary.
If you choose to cease your membership of LDMS or of any of its mailing lists your personal data will be deleted.
Members who do not renew their membership by 1 July each year will have to re-supply their personal details if they subsequently join again.
