SPONSOR A SHOW
We are a long running amateur dramatic club (70 years in 2019) and have a loyal following, gaining new interest with each production. We put on 4 different shows per year, normally with 3 shows per run. Ticket sales are generally strong and the Vernon Theatre has seating for an audience of 120. We may be a little biased but we do think we put on some of the best amateur theatre locally!
Of course, having our own theatre and keeping it maintained, is a costly business! We are very resourceful with props, sets and costumes but each production costs around £300 to stage. Happily we have, recently, been successful in obtaining sponsorship from various local businesses helping enormously with our finances.
For sponsorship of a show we ask for £300 to cover our production costs and offer, in return, full promotion of the sponsor through our various marketing activities.
In return for sponsorship we offer:
A full page advertisement (A5) in our programme. This can be designed by the sponsor, or we can create an advert if they’d prefer.
An acknowledgement of their contribution on our poster for the show.
Inclusion of the sponsors' details where we advertise our shows on a range of web sites and social media including Facebook and Twitter and in local publications such as the 'Ashurst Parish Magazine' and the Lyndhurst 'What's On'.
Sending a copy of the poster to our email list of local supporters and members (currently around 150 email addresses).
